Time in an operating room is a precious resource, therefore, full payment for your procedure will be due two weeks prior to the surgery for the date to be held.<\/p>\n<p>Payments are accepted in the form of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash<\/li>\n<li>Personal Checks<\/li>\n<li>Cashiers Checks<\/li>\n<li>Credit or Debit (Visa or MasterCard)<\/li>\n<li>Gift certificates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For patients having insurance-reimbursed operations, their out-of-pocket portion of the estimated charges of Dr. Downey&#8217;s care will be collected at their pre-surgical visit.
