For the 27th (!) time, and TWICE in the same year from two different surveys, Dr. Downey was selected by his physician peers as a Top Doctor in Plastic Surgery, one of which was published in the April 2021 issue of Seattle Magazine. Dr Downey was also recently notified that he also was selected via the Top Doctor committee of Seattle Metropolitan magazine of his election to this honor to be published in their August 2021 issue. The selection methodology is rigorous and cannot be influenced by the nominated physician. 

The basic question is: “Which doctor would you select to care for you or your loved ones?”  Dr. Downey is happy and honored to be selected again. His goal is to offer unique, personalized plastic surgical care, and to collaborate with his patients and their doctors and families to deliver a coordinated, quality surgical experience. His new workplace among his fellow surgeons in Proliance lend themselves to the synergy of collaboration with fellow doctors, working for a common objective: tender, efficient, affordable surgical patient care.
